I am 28 myself, but hard to think of how somebody would market what I like and what I would like to see on a site. I can build it, if you dream it. If you have some ideas I would love to hear them.

money growth,health care and about their kids welfare.make it a site which answers all the three needs of the three generations.that is,youth age,parental age and towards older age which needs future security. like job offers,health care tips and finance and growth tips.you can create a public blog too.

Real estate investors come in many varieties. There are different ways to invest in real estate. The investor may be a singular individual or a group of investors that pool their money together.
One investment may be to purchase fixer-upper homes, quickly remodel them and then sell them at a significant profit, splitting the profits between the investors….or…..re-investing the profits in doing the same thing again and again.
Another investment may be to provide high interest loans to people wanting to purchase a home or refinance.
Another invesment may be to purchase raw land, prepare it for development and then sell it to a developer for a handsome profit.
There are really so many investment techniques. But the goal is the same. To make money.
The real estate 'agent' is who you see inside the real estate storefront when walking down the street. He/She will represent either a (1) seller of a home, or a (2) buyer of a home, or both. A simple transaction and afterwards, each earns their money through commissions on the sale.
Some agents can also be the middle man for linking investors to investment opportunities.

Posted by admin in 6 on 04 28th, 2009I bought the edit software at Best Buy, but just got a new computer. Will I be able to use the same disk to put that software on my new computer?
Read the back of the box. Read the specs. If it says something like Windows XP SP2 or later, then as long as the computer’s XP or Vista, it will work.
If the first one’s Windows, and the second one’s Mac, then no. It won’t work.

If I claim to be a real estate professional for tax purposes, is my income subject to FICA?
Posted by admin in 3 on 04 28th, 2009I qualify as a real estate professional for tax purposes. I own and manage over 25 rental properties. I have not claimed that status in the past. I have recently married and my husband has retirement and investment income in excess of the maximum income amount allowed under the passive activity rules. If I make a profit from my investments, am I subject to FICA taxes on that income? Is there a downside to claiming real estate professional status?
First, be sure you really meet the definition of a real estate professional. See IRS link below. If you don't meet this requirement then claiming to be a RE Professional could be tax evasion.
Beyond that, if the income is rental income, or capital gains, the answer is no. If the income is active income (i.e. commissions, hourly fees) then it may be subject to self-employment (FICA) taxes.
